Please read these competition rules carefully. If you enter the Dynistics Limited Association of Colleges 2010 event prize draw competitions it is assumed that you have read and agree to these rules:

1. To enter the competition you must be a UK resident and over the age of 18 at the time of entry
2. The competition is not open to employees or immediate family members of employees of Dynistics Limited
3. No purchase is necessary
4. Only one entry per person is permitted
5. If you win a prize draw competition we will notify you by email.
6. The draw result is final and no further correspondence will be entered into
7. You can find out who has won the AoC prize draw by looking at the Dynistics Limited website (www.dynistics.com)
8. By entering the prize draw competition the winner agrees to participate in the following promotional activity:
a. Case Study – the winner agrees to provide input into and agree to the publication of a case study around the use of the Active Dashboards product within the winner’s organisation within 4 months of implementation; and
b. Reference site – the winner agrees to act as a reference site for other prospective customers of Dynistics Limited; and
c. Reference Materials – the winner hereby permits the use of the organisation’s logo on the Dynistics Limited website, press releases and associated literature.
9. The prize will be drawn by the Marketing Manager of Dynistics Limited
10. The prize will not be transferable to another person
11. No part of a prize is exchangeable for cash or any other prize
12. If an advertised prize is not available Dynistics Limited reserves the right to offer an alternative prize of equal or greater value
13. Incorrectly completed entries will be disqualified
14. This prize draw competition is being run by Dynistics Limited of Blythe Valley Innovation Centre, Central Boulevard, Blythe Valley Park, Shirley, West Midlands B90 8AJ
15. Dynistics Limited reserves the right to amend these rules at any time.  If this is done the amended competition rules will be published
16. Dynistics Limited will endeavour to deliver prizes within 3 months of the prize draw however cannot guarantee this delivery time.  Delivery will be dependent upon the availability of Dynistics Limited resource and time is not of the essence
17. Once notified the winner will need to contact Dynistics Limited to arrange delivery of the prize.
18. Dynsitics Limited reserves the right to pick an alternative winner if the original winner does not contact Dynistics Limited within 14 days of being informed of their win
19. By entering you agree to be bound by these rules in relation to this prize draw
