Sales Academy is a two year programme by Dynistics to develop graduates into successful sales people.
In the first year graduates cover modules such as cold calling, objection handling and product and industry knowledge as well as presentation skills and proposal writing. Targets are set and graduates also complete exams in order to assess their progress through the programme. The modules focus on the skills and knowledge needed to generate leads and book appointments .
Upon successful completion of the first year, graduates through their second year of Sales Academy take on a more client facing role, attending meetings, demonstrations and sending out proposals to close sales.
