Bournville College is a large community-based, general further education college with over 15,000 students and almost 500 staff.  The college has exciting plans for its future, focused on relocation to a new purpose-built £66 million campus.

Bournville needs to monitor its resources closely and operate within agreed targets to demonstrate first class performance to its stakeholders.  Prior to engaging Dynistics the information required to manage the college was held in disparate software systems. This made comparing performance across the college difficult and delayed the availability of information for decision-making.
