This module is fully integrated with the Connections CRM suite and provides a highly efficient solution for automating the management of inbound emails. Providing an effective method for extracting email content, writing this data directly to a database and where appropriate generating an automated email response.

Automate your business processes
Email Connection can, as a result of receiving a new inbound e-mail automatically create new sales or support requests (within the relevant Connections modules). This also includes automatically applying the required service level tracking rules to the inbound request, for example, it can monitor how long it takes to respond to customer requests offering an insight into the performance of your customer-facing staff.
Email to database in single step
Email Connection transfers email content and attachments directly into your database. In completing this action Email Connection also attempts to match the sender’s email address to known contacts and where successful, can automatically create a direct link to the relevant contact database record.
