We particularly enjoyed the REC’s CEO Kevin Green’s energetic delivery of their Annual Trends Report: great insight into the size and state of the UK’s Recruitment industry – key facts on business growth and opportunities for the future.
We were also delighted to have Mike Rowles from Cadence BI deliver a presentation in the showcase arena on ‘Recruitment Business Growth: Turning Revenue into Data’. With over 12 years’ operational management experience with a leading recruitment consultancy, Mike showed us how the deployment of analytical data visualisation tools can help underpin recruitment business growth strategies to improve recruiter performance, staff engagement, maximise client account management and enhance the candidate experience.
